I oftentimes see people describe this as a "lack" (i.e if my character has a rule for romancing people, no one else gets to do that) but I'm not actually sure I agree? I think it's more than certain playbooks are given space to emphasize or place heft on certain actions — any old bitch can flirt, but I'm the one who reaches for the dice. I only note that because this seems to be a point of confusion for people with Wanderhome — I often have people ask me if the "things I can always do" lists are exhaustive or, heavens forbid, restricting of other players. It's like "anyone could consult the weather, but I'm the one with the special invitation from the rules" like a VIP invite from the princess (the game) to the masquerade.
